Types of Positions
Administrative/Office
Handles general office tasks such as scheduling, emails, filing, and record keeping. May also assist with basic bookkeeping, invoices, and tracking expenses. Helps keep the office organized and running smoothly.
Carpenter
Builds, repairs, and installs wooden structures and fixtures such as framing, cabinets, and trim. Uses hand and power tools to measure, cut, and assemble materials. Ensures work is safe, sturdy, and completed according to plans.
Cowboy
Works with livestock by herding, feeding, moving, and caring for animals on the ranch. May assist with branding, fencing, and general ranch work. Helps maintain the health and safety of the herd.
Electrician
Installs, maintains, and repairs electrical systems, wiring, and equipment. Diagnoses electrical problems and ensures systems operate safely and efficiently. Follows electrical codes and safety standards.
Farmer
Plants, grows, and harvests crops or manages livestock. Operates farm equipment and helps maintain fields, irrigation, and farm facilities. Ensures crops or animals are properly cared for.
Irrigation Technician
Installs, maintains, and repairs irrigation systems used to water crops or landscaping. Checks lines, valves, and sprinklers to ensure proper water flow. Helps conserve water while keeping fields or landscapes healthy.
Maintenance
Performs general upkeep and repairs for buildings, equipment, and facilities. Handles tasks such as renovations, painting, and preventative maintenance. Helps keep the property safe and functional.
Management
Oversees daily operations and coordinates staff and projects. Responsible for planning, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring work is completed efficiently. Provides leadership and supports team productivity.
Plumber
Installs and repairs water, drainage, and piping systems. Troubleshoots leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues. Ensures plumbing systems operate safely and meet building standards.
